Dear Forum,
When running a function module FTP_CONNECT with RFC destination SAPFTPA (in SM59). I always get a message "User <DOMAIN>/<user> has no access authorization for computer <IP_address>". Trying it with IE, I have no problem.
There is always an event viewer security failure log when I try it:

Hi Agoes,
I guess the target computer is not inside/included in the DOMAIN.
For example: if I am using MYORG\myorg1 then the target computer must be inside MYORG domain.

Hey,
I guess the user in SM59 doesn't have authorization for the files in the destination FTP server.
please log in the the destination server and add those authorization.
you can also try to run the ftp command from the server:
Log on the the SAP server,
run the command:
FTP <destination>
enter user name and password (same user and password in SM59)
and do a get command (get <file_name>).
I guess that this would fail (with the error code),
