Hi all,

Actually when iam running transaction code 9KE9 to view profit cnter document the system will not display the document even thougth the document can be see in FB03.

I am getting the following error

NO DOCUMENT LINES SELECTED.

Even though i have selected all the layout still iam getting the same error.

Please advice how to resolve the above issue

Hi Prasad,

You can use GD23 transaction to display the profit center document if you are still using the classic GL and you know the profit center document number. Enter the ledger as 8A.

If you do not know the PCA document number, please go to FB03 and get the document number using the following path : Menu bar > Environment > Document Environment > Accounting Documents

Hi,

You will only see here documents posted directly to PCA via tcode 9KE0.

You won't be able to see PCA documents related to an FI documents. You can see those ones FB03 and then Menu bar > Environment > Document Environment > Accounting Documents.

Hi,

You need to select Layout 8A-001 (or any other Z layout you have configured) and enter the Profit Center document number. Please note that you have to enter PCA document number and not FI document.

You can find out the PCA document number from FI document. In FB03 after displaying the document number go to Menu bar > Environment > Document Environment > Accounting Documents.
