How can I get rid of the UTF16 encoding problem with ASCII characters like ÜÄÖß ?????
When I try to use UTF8 I get an error when doing a soap request.

Yes, I Use Nu-Soap as a client. It does work but you need to make a small generic web service by yourself ;-<
Where can i find more information about using di server with php soa support ?

Additional information:
When I put the response directly into a msgbox, the ÄÖÜ are displayed correctly, but "&" is an "&," !
When writing to a logfile through a fileinfo-object, the "ÄÖÜ" are "???"
This is some encoding utf iso shi.....
