message 5W141 - no administrator assign for the task

hi gurus,

I'm trying to release worklist in Fixed Asset for mass retirement of assets. The problem that I've is while attempting to release I get the message "5W141 - no administrator assign for the task" I know this is workflow related but the problem is we don't have workflow activated in our system. I've looked at the IMG node in FA for workflow "Assign workflow tasks" and it's empty. Does any of you have any idea what causing this problem?

Hi Cyrus.

This worked for me: Enter in OAWF transaction and select Assign Agents. Then select Release worklist, change the parameters to General Task and select Transfer.

Then select again Release worklist and Update Index.

I think Its authorization problem. Check whether you have proper authorization.
