Hello,

after I installed 2LIS_03_S194 in RSA5, I tested in RSA3, but I got 0 records.

Could you please tell me how to test this datasource. Do I need to fill in the setup table? In Filling in the setup table, I cannot find the right one.

Many Thanks

Jean

go to se11 ande check S194 table whether it consists data or not. This is the table which feeds this DS. also u need update the statistical data as this is an LIS sturcture. This datasource can be updated with RMCBMRP2 report. also, u have to delete existing data from S194 table before starting the next load.

Hi Kalyan,

Initially, S194 is empty. Could you please tell me how to update the statistical data? I only want to set up S194 and don't want to influence other LIS table.

And I can update the S194 with report RMCBMRP2. What's the different between update the statistical data and using RMCBMRP2? For other LIS table, I can find the update rule and I can schedule the update in IMG.

Do S194 need update rule?

If I want to load data to BW daily, May I need to define a background job with

report RMCBMRP2? or with other ways?

Sorry for so many questions. I am confused with this LIS table.

Detailed explanation or procedure will be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Jean

Jean.

Do this and you will be good:

1. Delete the data in S194 table using transaction LBW2

2. Fill the table S194 by running program RMBCMRP2 with transaction SE38

3. Fill the following parameters for the initial load

From Data: Some date in the past

To Data: Current Date – 1

4.After filling the table, log in to BW and run the full package which will load all the records into the cube.

5.For delta, schedule the job in R/3 by setting up a variant for the program.

a.Variant for the program should be set as specified below

b.Do the same setting for ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates

6.After saving the variant, schedule the job on R/3 side.

7.Info Package configuration for daily loads on BW side.

Use the package with above configuration in the process chain so as to get yesterdays data.

Note: One important things to keep in mind is that R/3 job should be scheduled after 24:00 hours so it picks ‘yesterdays’ date and the same holds true for the BW package.

For some reason if anytime you have to drop the data in the cube, then you will have to perform the setup from step 1 to get complete data.

assign points if this sloves

Hi

Check whether the statistical tables are uploaded with data.......Document tables will be uploading statistical tables synchronosly, asynchronously or through job

You can check whether all the statistical tables have relevant data and the datasource is active
