XLS file Upload into E-recruiting

Hi,

I need to upload an .xls file into e-recreuiting. Is there a function module which helps upolad this data. If so please share with me. I am not talking about the typical BDC type uploading. the data should get uploaded in the custom tables of e-recruiting.

Hi Vikram,

no SAP E-Recruiting does not provide a standard XLS Upload. Due to the complexity of the target data structure this is not feasible. What are you trying to achieve? If you just want to transfer "old" applicants, you can use the BAPI, for generation of applicants. Unfortunately you need a posting reference code to do that.
