Dear Experts
For outbound delivery, after post goods issue, the record in table VBBE should be deleted, thus MMBE will not show qty for schedule for delivery. However, if the records in VBBE is not deleted after after post goods issue, MMBE still show qty in schedule for delivery. This cause error in ATP calculation and we cannot deliver the remaining qty in the storage location.
How to clean up the data in VBBE ?
thanks in advance
Dear Anbalagan,
you can try to start the report SDRQCR21 for the affected material and plant. This report regenerates the requirements and correct the inconsistency, if it is the case. However, there are some special cases, where the requirements should not be deleted after booking the goods issue. So, it might be a correct system behaviour.
But please start the report first. You can start the report in the simulation. But generally, you can start the report also in the update modus. It cannot do any bad things (please if start the report live, then do not run any SD transactions or jobs within this time).
I hope, this info helps you a little bit further.

Hi Akmal/anbalagan,
I have come up with the similar issue in my projects.
Akmal : I have tried running this program and these are my observations :
1. I do not see the simulation option. Is it normal?
2. However i have tried to run the program in update modus and i find no change.
Do we have any other steps/procedure other the one suggested in Note : 25444.
Anbalagan : Was this issue solved? If yes then let me know how to go about it.
Thanks & Rgds
