I want to add a second page to the sales quote print layout to include our terms and conditions. I know you can setup a template with 2 pages. But where do I insert the Text field that contains the terms & conditions?
Francisco,
As per Natalia's message, you will need to Upgrade to Patch 29 or later in order to see the Page Break Option in Start of Report and End of Report.
It should work fine once you set the Page Break.

I trying to accomplish the same task. Using 2007A, I cannot find anything that will allow a page break. Is there a way to keep the page headings from printing page 2?

I've highlighted this issue to SAP Support as our client needs a whole page (A4) for their terms and conditions, and they would also like to 'keep together' the terms and conditions. IE: when printing, the T&C will come out in a seperate full page.
Because the T&C is a full page of text, it is not possible to fit all of that text in the remaining area of the page / report footer.
What I needed was the ability to extend the default Print Layout Designer to excede the default A4 / Letter size the PLD is set to.
SAP Support's reply to me is that this feature is currently un-available. This issue has been posted in the SAP Business One Product Development Collaboration forum

In the "End Of Report" section of the Print Layout. This will place the text after the end of the document.

Hi,
In version 2005 on areas "Start of Report" and "End of Report" you have an additional field: "Page Break". If you create the T&C for example on the area "Page Footer" and put on the "End of Report" a page break, you only have to play with height. And also in this case there will be no page header as you needed.
Hope it helps!
Natalia
I think there should be no problem with this, because as long as the text will exceed the size of an A4 page it will continue on the next page. And because of you put a page break before this area (and the T&C will be probably always the same long) you can then customize the text as you can tell where do you want the page break to be inside the T&C text.
The problem is really why Francisco doesn't have that field on the area properties.
