Peer certificate is not trusted or expired.

Hi,

I am configuring SSL between Portal and MS-ADS. I have imported the root certificate of the MS-ADS into the TrustedCAs of the J2EE Keystore. I have set the SSL Port in UME config and checked the option "Use SSL for LDAP Access". When i test the "Test Connection" in UME i get an error message "Connection test with user path failed". The same settings with HTTP port 389 works correctly but is failing for port 636.

In the trace i get only one error message "Peer certificate is not trusted or expired.". The certificate is valid. Portal is on EP7 SP12. Is there anything else that i need to do to get this working ??

The hostname was not resolved. After adding an entry in the hosts file, it worked.
