How to authorise users by Cost Ceter Groups for viewing KSB1

We have created Cost Center Groups. We want only specific users to view the KSB1 report by Cost Center Group. Can anyone tell us what is the authorisation object for the same ?

Or, is it possible to restrict KSB1 thru authorisation on CC groups ?

hi Joyti,

goto to t.code su24 and give tranaction KSB1 it will display the object which are checked when this tcode is executed.

u can restrict user with following object:

K_CSKS_SET CO-CCA: Cost Center Groups Check YS

also u can define activity accordinly per that object

yes, but the K_CSKS_SET lists only contrlg. area and activity under it. we hv given the values as

acitvity = 03 for display

contrlg area = EFLG

Cud u pls suggest what else shud be there under this object.

we have tried using other objects listed from SU24 for tcode KSB1, but failed hence posted the msg. thnks....

K_CCA is the authorizaiton object and the following are the activities

You can protect one or more of the following actions:

0001: Create master data

0002: Change master data

0003: Display master data

0006: Delete master data

0008: Display change documents

1002: Create/change planning data

1003: Display planning data

3027: Select totals records

3028: Select line items

3029: Display extracts
