How to give deletion flag for alternate BOM material ?

And then How to get that list of BOM material which have deletion flag..?

Hi,

hope this answer will help to you

1st. Tcode CS02, enter material number, plant, bom usage, alternate BOM

and menu goto -- > header --->

have deletion flag indicator

if you have set this deletion flag, this alt bom can't use production and doesn't show TCode CS11

2nd. there is no standard report for this requirement, need to do customized report

check BOM related tables MAST, STPO, STKO, STAS

STKO-LOEKZ - deletion flag for alternate BOM level

Is it possible for mass change i.e. i want to give deletion flag for alt BOM of many materials at a time ?

There is no standard program avilable, for that you have to create some Z program

Hi,

You can set Deltion flag for your alternative Bom by using t.code CS02.

There is no standard report avilable, for that you have to create some Zreport.

you can use STKO and MAST tables.

apart from what above been told, you can make BOM status inactive. you can see that in header data.

in CS002 you can change set the status deletion indicator.

you can find all such BOMs in Table STKO.
