Login / Logout Problem.

Hi Experts,

We are new for xMII, we have some problem in login and logout from xMII system.

We can login on xMII page, but there is no option for Logout, it is showing us no navigation tree, only the blank screen is in front of us.

what is the reason ?

Please help.

Hi

U can use this URL

http://<Server>/Lighthammer/Illuminator?service=Personalization

Here u can see the option <b><i>Logout</i></b> on the bar (right side) after login into the page.

But if u directly access this URL for xMII Menu

http://<Server>/Lighthammer/Menu.jsp

In this page, u click the <b>Home</b> tab, there u can also same page as mentioned above

If you want to just delete your session, use :

http://<server>:<port>/Lighthammer/Illuminator?service=Logout

or

http://<server>:<port>/Lighthammer/Logout.jsp

If you want to present the login screen after deleting the session use :

http://<server>:<port>/Lighthammer/Relogin.jsp

Hi,

Thanks, we have resolved this problem, only problem was with fully qualified domain, which was incorrect in the security service.

we changed this in security service, now it is working fine.

SAP Note : 939130 is also helpful for this problem.
