Hi ,

what are the prerequisites for creating inbound deliveries?

is inbound delivery creation possible for service PO?

Hi,

Yes possible use VL31n for creating inbound dely.Put inbound dely in confirmation control key in PO in confirmation tab.

Hi,

For creation of inbound delivery with ref.to purchase order you have to first set up

confirmation control procedure

SPRO>MM>PURCHASING>CONFIRMATION>SET UP CONFIRMATION CONTROL>for key 0001 see there is a sequence LA shipping notification available

and it is GR relevant /MRP rel / GR assin checked

Now go to Purchase order on item level go to confirmation TAB select conf.control

select against shipping notification

Now create inbound delivry against VL31N for Vendor/PO and

Do Goods receipt against that inbound delivery number

Hi All,

You can use VL31N, then click on the button Purchase order (an icon in the top left ), then enter all the PO number to be create for the single inbound del.after you post the Inbound, then all the PO's will updated with just 1 Inb del number.

You can do collective inbound processing using *VL34 or through Inbound delivery monitor * VL06I

In PO inbound delivery in done in this way

Hi,

For creating inbound delv. you need to maintain in Item details > deadline monitoring> Conf. Control key as ASN Confirmation (etc..) in Purchase document.

then using VL31N do the inbound delv.

For Service PO' s, Inbound delv. <b>not possible</b>. We use Service entry for confirmations.
