Hi Pablo,
have read in your reply to my Weblog that the Sync from CRM to Groupware is working. Does the problem only arrise when you create a new contact or also when you change an existing one?

Gregor

Hi Gregor,
This is happening when I create a new one or when I edit an existing. But it works if I create the contact directly in the CRM Public Folder set in Groupware Configuration. Also I saw in the Groupware administration that those changes or additions creates an entry in the locks section into Groupware, so I have to unlock them with errors, and in the lock explanation appears the same error: CMW_PIF_Qlogon failed that belongs to SOAP Transport error. Please verify connection to Groupware adapter, how can I trobleshoot Groupware to see if the error comes from there??? I can´t undestand because if I add an appointment items into Calendar with the CRM specify category, this item go to SAP without problems and also If the contact is added in the public folder as I told you.
Regards,
Pablo
Hello Pablo,
We are planning Outlook Integration with groupware for emails, contacts, calender and tasks.
I was wondering if i can get feedback from you. Pls respond.
1. Is bi-directional synchornization exists with outlook and CRM for emails.
2. How are outlook contacts (public and personal) maintained in CRM. Does CRM allow user personal contacts.
3. Can we import folder structure from outlook inbox to CRM.
Is it possible for me to get a look at your log.
Regards,
Peter
