BSP error accessing from Portal

When we try to access access a BSP Iview from Portal we are getting an error

In the server.log file we see the following error

check the definition of system alias "SAP_R3_SalesService" to see whether WAS host , path and port details are maintained. (in portal system admin)

try running this service from sicf is there any issue you are facing from R/3 ?
