difference between the balance of FBL5N and the balance of S_ALR_87012172

Hi All,

This is the regards to the difference between the balance in FBL5N and

and balance in S_ALR_87012172. during carry forward of balance from

december 2006 to january 2007 the S_ALR_87012172 has not picked up

correct balance. but FBL1N and FBL5N are alright.

If you see the closing balance of period 12 to 16 was = 1,282,446.84

And opening balance during 1 st period of 2007 was = 1,163,627.27 which should be

1,282,446.84

and the closing balance should be 1,071,069.20 but it was 952,249.63.

But if you can see in FBL5N.it is showing the correct balance it was alright.

please assist and get back to me if you need any confirmation

Hi Padmaja,

S_ALR_87012172 transaction run RFDSLD00 report that display customers balance in internal currency.

FBL5N transaction run RFITEMAR report that displays Customers line items.

The same informations that you got in S_ALR_87012172 you will get in FD10N.

you can check also in BSIS table (enter SE16 transactions before).

Pay atention in periods displaied. FBL5N use data, not whole periods. If this doesn't work use this program: RFINDEX (enter SE38 transaction before) to find inconsistences.

Hi

Can you do a Bal C/fwd once again from Dec 2006 to Jan 2007 and check once again in report S_ALR_87012172 if it is in line with FBL5N.

Sometimes transactions which are posted after initial carryforward and before close of the fiscal year may not get reflected in report S_ALR_87012172.
