i want to make pp work center avalability zero

when i release maintenace order on that it should be zero and i cant raise pp oder on that.

what is the setting for it

what is the tranaction for checking avalbile capacity apart from cm01

what i have done

made the pp work center in fl/eq maste rdata

when i do iw31 i post that pp work center on the header

and also system condition zero

i want when i release that order that pp work center should show zero capacity

it wont allow raise any production order on that work center

what you have done is correct also check while creating the sustem condition you have reserved for PM.

This process is meant for showing the capacity requirements when planning in PP department.ie means if PP person creates an order with the same work center and checks the capacity requirment then it will show that capcity requirement you have mentioned in work order.

it is basically used when the equipment itself is used as performing work center,say PM person is taking an shutdown in the equipment and specified the system condition and work center ,then while PP person creates the order it will say availability of the machine/workcenter is ZERO

you can make the owrkcenter availability ZERO by either creating several order or changing the capacity for that work center in CR12.

you can find the workcenter capacity in CM50

can you post the exact requirement
