Hi Madhav,

I am not so sure which documents are you referring to "IPC cook book".

The documents can be found in service market place related to IPC as far as I know are:

-if you are looking for relevant installation guide for IPC 4.0 please:

service.sap.com/crm-inst

logon with the service market place user id

navigate on the left side: SAP CRM->SAP CRM 4.0->General and Technical Installation Guides

-If you are looking for documents related to IPC 5.0 please check note 809820, this note contains a very good attachment. And maybe note 913237 is also good. They both do help to the user exit creation if you need.

I believe if you are working with IPC 5.0, the note 809820 should be a good one, which can be treated as "IPC cook book" maybe.
