expiration date w/o batch management? (Urgent!!!)

how can i use expiration date without batch management?

can anybody tell me about "expiration date check function" (or another way)?

Hi,

To check the minimum shelf life in the goods receipt for the PO the following prerequisites must be met:

The shelf life expiration date check must be activated for the plant and movement type in customizing for inventory management under goods receipt--> Set shelf lif expiration date check.

In PO item, make sure the remaining shelf life is maintained. You can enter a default value for the remaining shelf life i the material master record.

Hi,

Expiration date check is to be used along with batch management.

SLED date is entered or derived from production date at the time of GR for batch managed goods. You have to enter the total shelf life in the material master ( Plant data storage view 1) for using this feature.

You can not use it independently of batch management.
