Number ranges for Returnable Packaging Logistics

Hi,

I am setting up the customizing for Returnable Packaging Logistics. There don't seem to be any number ranges defined for that, although the documentation recommends to use SAP standard settings.

Is it possible that those settings just did not get shipped with our system or is there another way of obtaining the standard number ranges?

Following number ranges need to be maintained for Ret. Pack. Logistics:

Returnable Packaging accounts

Account Statements

Account Postings

Partner Relationships

Returnable Packaging Account Relationship

Internal EDI Transmission Numbers

Matching Codes

Reprocessing Records.

Hi Jutta,

Returnable packaging is managed with material type LEIH

YOU CAN HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBER RANGE FOR IT

you can definr the number range in

SPRO>LOGISTICS GENERAL>MATERIAL MASTER>BASIC SETTINGS>DEFINE NUMBER RANGES FOR EACH MATERIAL TYPE

thanks for the quick reply.

We are using material type LEIH and number ranges for material type are OK.

I was referring to the other number ranges required for Returnable Packaging Logistics, such as number ranges for Account Statements and Account Postings.

They are in

SPRO -> Materials Management -> Returnable Packaging Logistics -> Number ranges.
