Overview Screen for Addresses is missing the area code for the phone number

On ESS Business Package 60.2, when a user click on the link to update, add, Addresses (Enter, change or view your addresses and emergency contact information.)

The first screen that appears is the Overview Screen, which displays the addresses in the form of a bizcard. The Area Code is missing from the phone number. Is there an SAP note to fix this?

It only shows:

Street Address: XXXXXXXXXX

City: XXXX

Telephone No.: ### - ####

The Telephone No needs to be: ### - ### -####

No note on a fix that I know of. This has been mentioned many times on here (this forum and the self service forum). If it is an absolute MUST have, most folks end up modifying the service.
