Express Document "Update was terminated

Hi Experts

While creating the Stock Transport Order( STO) , when the user is trying to save the document he is getting

SAPOffice express info " Express Document 'update was terminated' received from author - user name".

After this the document is not saved however the STO number is increased.And when he tries to find the previous number STO, he did not find it.

Is it related to the output message type since they have done setting for the new output condition /message type "ZUB" for STO. They have used transaction MN05 .

Please help in this

Hi

Check the Update terminated logs in SM13 t.code

In theat you can check the reason in most of the cases why the update was terminated.

Take help of BASIS & ABAP team memebers in this.

Dear Tushar,

Whenever you create a document, the entries are stored in two tables, one creates the document no. and the other updates the value.

In your the value given by you is not updated in the table only number is generated, but even though you cannot view that document.

the main reason for this is some tables are not copied to the client of the server on which you are working.Please consult your Basis consultant.
