is it possible to send data for multiple receivers at a time without using b.pm?if possible how?

You can send data to multiple receivers without using BPM.
You need to create BS (Business System or Service) for new receivers & add that in the Receiver Determination in the Configuration Scenario.

Yes, it is possible.
Just add the n number of receivers in the Receiver Determination by pressing the [] button.

Yes, you can send data to multiple receivers in XI/PI.
You can define as many number of Business systems you need. Say for eg you need to send XML to one BS and delimeted (FCC) to another BS.
In Receiver Determination you can add the Receiver services...you have an option to add one or more Services...There you give both the Business Service and hence you will have two inbound interface and interface mappings..

You can send data to multiple receviers at a same time by defining mutiple receviers for the same Sender and also you can do this with the help of multimapping. Below are the links specified to help u in this regard:
