You can search for resumes on SAPGENIE.COM, may be you can find resumes with UK clients.
Or you can go to SAP website and there you can have industry wise client list. Then it is your job to figure out which of those clients UK companies.
I only know British petroleum (Oil and Gas company) based in UK.
