Bringing the back end system to the portal-urgent

Hi all,

I am now trying to add the ECC(back end system) to the poratl netweaver.I dont know what are the steps to perform for establishing the conenction.Please help me tp proceed further with the docus and aslo useful link to resolve this issue.

Hi

Following are the steps:

1) Configure the SLD if not configured already.

2) Create a system in the portal (new R/3 system...right click-> create system in system configuration )

3) Create a new technical system in the SLD.

4) Create a JCo (both meta and model).

5) Test the JCo

6) Use them in whatever way u want.
