co production order

Iam creating a CO production order using kkf1 and iam getting the following message

" settlement rule cannot be created ".

The cost estimate has been created in KKpan and released using ck 24 .

Please help ..

Check whether you have settlement profile mentioned in the order type (T Code KOT2) .

Check this settlement profile for completness, ensure that Material is a valid Receiver.

Check the node 'Define Cost-Accounting-Relevant Default Values for Order Types and Plants' ( under Controlling->Product Cost Controlling->Cost Object Controlling->Product Cost by Order->Manufacturing Order) whether the default rule exist for the CO production order type and the plant.
