HI
We had an exact reqt for leave details to be displayed in payslip.
In TCODE PE51 choose your relevant form and subobjects as single field. Create 3 fields in the form
ANZHL - For absence quota number display
KVERB - for leave applied so far
REST2 - Leave balance
Double click each fields and choose as shown below
TABLE TABLE FIELD IDENTIFIER
ZKQ ANZHL A***
ZKQ KVERB S***
ZKQ REST2 A***
Save and check payslip. It worked for us. If useful award points.
warm regards

Hi,
Make the following settings in PE51.
For Total Leave Entitlement
Table - ZKQ
Table Field - ANZHL
Identifier - S*nn (nn-your quota number).
Dont worry if your quota is not there in the list. It will display based on the ESG grouping. So just relevant quota number same as yours. Ex: if your quota number is 50 select S*50 even though the text is different.
For Total Availed Leave
Table - ZKQ
Table Field - KVERB
Identifier - S*nn
For Total Balance Leave
Table - ZKQ
Table Field - Rest
identifier - S*nn
Hope this helps.

Did you check the specification of the evaluation class 02 for your custom wagetype?

Sorry i do not understand what you means "specification of the evaluation class 02 for your custom wagetype".
Are you refering to Annual Leave type or Anually leave Quota?
what are the step i need to be done in order to display the annual leave balance up to date in payslip?
(no time evaluation is using)
how i capture the leave value?
Do i need to create a customize rule or function?
and how to do that.
Thanks.
Hello Chingwa,
You can add the leave balances using the single fields screen of the Form Editor.
Use the table VAC and the field RST then choose the identifier for your leave type.
