Hi Vijay,

could you please post the internal error for further details?

An idea: Did you activate the service via SICF?

Hi tobias,

I am getting a error by testing the hrrcf_start_int service in Sicf only. These are the service needs to be checked in erecruitment .

After activating the service then i tested the service .Its showing an interanl error occured.

Hi Vijay,

there are some more services, which are needed for using this *_internal one, if I remember correctly.

Just have a try and active hrrcf_start, too.

Furthermore, check ST22 for dumps and SLG1 for any error messages.

Another issue for an internal error may be a missing candidate object for your userID.

The system checks that as follows:

Is there a valid entry in infotype 0105, Subtype 0001 for your userID?

If yes, link the object P with your personnel number to a CP object via HRP1001.

If this is okay, too, link the object CP to an NA (candidate) object via HRP1001.

So, what you can do is, to check, if there is a valid 0105-infotype for you and if you have a candidate object already. We have written a report for this, but you can do it manually via SE16 and HRP1000, HRP1001, too.

Hope that helps.

Hi tobias,

Thnaks for your valuable information.

As you said i checked the hrrcf_start service and i tested the same its throwing an exception.

The url for that is

http://sapsrv.hexchn.local:8003/sap/bc/bsp/sap/hrrcf_start/default.htm?sap-client=500&sap-sessioncmd...

Then i checked the service in se80 there is no default.htm page existing.

Then what else i have to do? any suggestions?

Hi Vijay,

I think HRRCF_START is not executable alone, because somehow called internally from other services.

The default.htm seams to be SAP standard, if there is not other start page defined as "inital BSP" in the BSP application properties.

So, if you start HRRCF_START_INT, it should normally work.

When I open HRRCF_START_INT via http://SERVER:PORT/sap/bc/bsp/sap/hrrcf_start_int/, the system requests a user and password.

Another idea is to check your customizing for SAP eRecruiting.

Open SPRO and navigate to SAP E-Recruiting.

Under Technical Settings -> User Interface you can customize your start pages, which is necessary for HRRCF_START_*.

In the SPRO you may also find some guideline for eRecruitment implementation. Or just have a look [service.sap.com|http://service.sap.com] and search for eRecruitment HRRCF_START or something like this. There may be some hints for all steps you have to do, before SAP eRecruiting runs properly.

Tobias
