Problem with LB10 when Create a TO with all the BIN qty

Hello !!

I have this issue, I just create a new Storage Type called DEV and create the F000 bin with reference to it.

The Bin F000 has qty 25

I create a TR with qty 5.

When use the LB10 and convert the TR to TO in background, it create the TO by the whole qty of the bin 25 and not by the 5.

And of course if I confirm just 5 the difference 20 goinf to the 999.

What I miss in the configuration?? What I can do to fix this?

Problem Solved.

Was discover that exist a user exit to get the total stock from BIN.

The process that follow the user is to just confirm the qty that said the TR and in the field difference flag they put the 2 (hold the remain qty into the bin)

What does your system if you do the same thing (LB10) in forground ?

Happend the same, the TO is created by 25 not for the 5.

Can you confirm that the TR is just for 5?

The TO can be confirmed by 5, but the difference goes to the 999.

Give more input about the WM environment.

What kind of storage type is your DEV?

It was created for returns.

what is your removal strategy?

we use the Picking strategy F and check box the Stock removal requires confirmation.

Do you use storage units ?

no.

Here the process:

1.-Production Lines create a Transfer Request.

2.-WH people run the LB10 to see the Open TRs

3.- LB10 has the capability to create a TO beased on the TR.

4.- Here my issue, the TO is created by the whole qty of the BIN, not for the TR qty.

HI,

I didn't understand the purpose of using LB10 over here, if your concern is to move the partial qty. from the bin F000, why can't you use LT01.

The Flag of "Full Stock removal reqmt atc." is turned off. And that is correct because I do not want to move the full stock.

My problem is that I just need to move partial quantity and the LB10 using the "TO in background" moves the full stock.

What I can do?

you have flagged the box for full removal in the definition of the storage type.

Go to you storage type DEV and uncheck the Full stkrmvl reqmt act (Indicator: complete stock removal required)

Then you will not see this issue
