Dear All,
I have experience in implementing PLM(Non SAP) as a functional Analyst, which is Pure Java based Implementation,I want to make a move to SAP PLM.
does it require to go for SAP PLM Certification.Pl elaborate on the same..

SAP PLM has many modules like
Engineering change management
DMS for document management
DMS-CAD Integration
xPD-Ideas and concept management
xRPM-Resource and portfolio management
EHS- Environment Health and safety, QM, PM, PS etc....
Depending on your experience you can choose the module and attend a trainng in that.
