Shipping point determination

Hello All,

In Shipping point determination (Tcode: OVL2), I want to assign a new shipping point to a record where Plant is not specified. There are already other shipping points assigned to this record.

When I try to assign the Shipping point, I get the error “Shipping point is not available for plant”

Since the plant is not specified or blank, I cannot assign the shipping point to the plant in Transaction OVXC

Please help me out.

the system does right thing

first OVXC

second OVL2

sure those records " where Plant is not specified, but with shp points" are not correct - they have to be deleted

Hi ketan

the system throws the error as u said .

first u assign the shipping point to that plant then u determine the shipping point determination .it will accept

This will solve the error
