Table to find out Assigned Network Activity / Order for an Employee

Hi Friends

Can any one provide me the information on:

Is there any table or T code does exists to find out assigned Network Activity or Order to record time for an employee in CATS.

Hi Sudhakar,

Please try to use CAT2.

There are the following cases:

o You assign a network and a real order to an account.

Such a double account assignment is not possible.

o You assign a network without activity and a statistical order to an account:

- The network is header-assigned.

The working time is not transferred into the project system (PS) but into the controlling (CO) instead. An auxiliary account assignment onto a statistical order is possible.

However, the system displays information message LR214 in order to avoid possible incorrect entries. Note 166381 describes this case, too.

- The network is activity-assigned.

You must enter a valid operation number (error message KI292).

o Account assignment onto network with activity and statistical order

- The activity is confirmation-relevant.

Without an entry of the order, the working time would be transferred into the PS System. In this case a statistical auxiliary account assignment onto an order is unknown, analog to the logistic confirmation in Transaction CN25. Therefore the system displays error message LR134.

- The activity is not confirmation-relevant.

Without an entry of the order, the working time would be transferred into the CO System. In the process, the system displays also error message LD134. Unfortunately, this option is not provided in the design of the Time Sheet. In order to make such a double account assignment, you have to enter a direct activity allocation (Transaction KB21N).

Thank you very much for eforts taken to eplain.

Please excuse me if presented improperly.

What am I looking from the experts.

1. Is there any table to display assigned Network Activites to an employee

2. Is there any table to display assigned Order to an employee.

(I do agree we should not select both for time recording. we have choose either one only)

3. In CAT2 or CADO it will display what are the assigned NW activities to amployees.

I am interested to know is there any table to display such information.

I would be greatful if you can provide me how to get work list assignment to an emploee to record his timings against them.

If we are not using work force planning and transfer them to work list in CAT2.
