Tcode Authorization

1. Is there any way to see all Tcodes list for which authorization is given to a paticular user.

2. Is there any way to see name of the user corresponding to their sap login id's.

Hi,

Go to transaction SUIM and select Transactions - Executable by User. Here you will get list of authorized transactionf for a user based on his SAP user id.

If you want to see the complete name for a SAP user, you will have to go to SU01, enter his User Id and click on Change (Pencil icon) his name will appear in Address tab.

To check for which T'codes user is authorised follow the path :

SUIM --> Transactions --> Transaction Lists According to Selection With User, Profile or Object --> Transaction Lists According to Selection With User, Profile or Object

Inside that insert user id and get what u want...

To check name against user id : Run T'code YU03

Hi,

Goto T.code SU01 and give the user name and then check the T.codes assigned to him.
