planned order/ proc start and finish time not equal to recipe machine time.

I have put the MACHINE time in the master recipe for 10,000 ea as base quantity and 8 hrs to make it.

Somehow, MRP generated planned orders are not showing that time to show the order start and finish time with a duration of 8 hrs. It shows 24 hrs.

The planned orders master data details show it is reading the right recipe, just the time is way off.

What settings I am missing?

Hi

It seems you have not scheduled the master recipe.

Pl. schedule the master recipe taking the base qty same as batch qty 10,000.

Update the material master with routing data in CA96.

You can see the updated timings in work scheduling screen.

After this , pl. run MRP . you will definitely get resolved.

PL. try.

Dear,

There are two questions you need to answer

What is the scheduling type you have adopted when running MRP?

What is the production order /planned order qty is it 10000? or it is 30000?

1) MRP run parameter: 2 / Lead time scheduling and capacity planning

2) The recipe header 'base quantity' is 75,666 ea, and that is what takes 8 hrs.

The first plnd order is 300,000 ea, and that takes 24 hrs.

the second planned order is 2500 ea., and that also takes 24 hrs.

Please let me know.

Dear,

in receipe, have you ticked flexible duration tick in standard values tab page?

do youn have fixed lot size indicator in material master?

Have you copied routing schedule to material master and can see the data in MRP4 view?
