partner determination com_partner_badi

can someone help?

1. i activate badi com_partner_badi to always default a specific BP group to the responsible group in service process.

2. now, i create a service ticket in ICWC, the responsible group defaulted to the correct group as coded in the badi. this is right.

3. i save the ticket and end the ICWC

4. i call back the same ticket created earlier.

5. the responsible group is still showing correct group in display mode.

6. now i click on change mode, the employee changes to my own BP.

where is wrong.... somewhere? can someone help...

Hi

For Access Sequence As the source in the access enter the BAdI (DETERMINATION_ADD_IN_1). This will then follow the logic you program in the method.

try this method IF_EX_COM_PARTNER_BADI~DETERMINATION_ADD_IN_1

Hi,

I have set the source as com_partner_x in the access sequence and set the break point in the badi

COM_PARTNER_BADI~DETERMINATION_ADD_IN_1.

but the badi is not triggering, do we need to to any further configuration changes for the badi to trigger.

Please let me know.

Hi lee,

Make your partner determination only once and then uneditable , this should solve your issue.
