Copy function in BPS

Hi Experts,

I use copy function to copy data from qurter 3 to querter 4

Now I dont have any data in qurter 3 but have data in querter 4.

Now what will happen after executing copy function..Will all the key figures of qurter 4 get populated to 0 or no copy will happen..

Very urgent.Please reply early..points will be rewarded.

Hi,

We have checked the copy fuunction in IP. In your example, all the key figures of Quarter 4 will be filled with zeroes. If the source is a subset of the target, that part of the target is copied correctly and the remaining part of the target is filled with zeroes. Hope same is the functionality in BPS.
