Hi,
I was trying to create With holding tax Challan through J1INCHLN - following error occured after simulating payment document - "Withholding tax lines are being cleared along with other line items"
Please help in above matter.

check whether the withholding tax G/L accounts are maintaining with the open item management or not.
If not, maintain and try it.

That party does not contain open items.
U can try other party.

GL accounts are open items managed and all vendors are having open items for clearing with holding tax lines.
