DBIF_DSQL2_OBJ_UNKNOWN error

Hi Gurus'.

I have an issue in development server.

there is an ABAP dump "DBIF_DSQL2_OBJ_UNKNOWN" i am unable to use the brtools as well.

ORA-00942 is the error message what i get.

I have followed the following SAP notes.

Note 50088 - Creating OPS$ users on Windows NT/Oracle

Note 675940 - SAP Web AS 6.40 Installation on Windows: Oracle

Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle

Note 608510 - DBIF_DSQL2_OBJ_UNKNOWN in db02 or st04

still no go.
