In vf04 how i can create the billing due list of -individual billing document &collective billing document.

Dear Asu das

Go to VF04, give the required data and execute. Now you will have a screen where all deliveries will be displayed. On top of it, you have the options

a) Individual Billing Document and

b) Collective billing document

Choose according to your requirement and execute so that you will achieve the desired result.

Hi,

In VF04, you can easily create individual billing docs by giving only the particual billing doc number.

While for collective billing you will have to enter the relevant details of the billing which can be collective processed.

The combination of many invoices depend on :

payer,

incoterms

payment terms.
