Asset Super Number

HI,

The users want to use the Asset Super Nos. for maintaining the additional details about the Fixed Assets to be created. How could this be maintained in the Asset Management, and how could the reports be generated for the Asset Super Nos.

Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Generally the Asset Super Nos are maintained on the Employee IDs and Name who is generally using it or maintaining it.

Create it form IMG-AA-Master Data-User Fields-Define Asset Super Nos.

Now assign the same no in the asset master of that particular asset in allocations tab.

Use report S_ALR_87011969 for the list of Super No assets.

In this report you can have range of assets list or individual list as you define tin the parameters.
