XML Forms...

I have created an XML Form for News.

When I mention the "path to initially displayed folder" and "Path to root folder" to documents/News,it works.

but when I specify a different folder outside the "documents" folder,it displays the XML when I click on the News item.

I did the following. But still it did not work.

System Administration -> System Configuration -> Content-Management -> Repository Filters -> XML Forms Repository Filter Settings.

In there, there is a Entry called "xmlforms_filter" - edit it and try to add the repositories where your xml forms are located. After that you have to restart the servlet engine.

Could someone help me with this?

Thanks,

Sudha.

Hi Sudha,

You can see this topic for XML Forms Repository Filter:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/21/8df33eef091f39e10000000a114084/frameset.htm

XML forms repository filters are already configured in the standard delivery. They are automatically used on all documents in the repository /documents that correspond to the extension xml and the resource type http://sap.com/xmlns/cm/app/xmlforms/* or com.sap.wcm.service.xmlforms\*.

Hope this link will be helpful for you.

Hi Sudha,

Can you please tell me how you solved this particular error. I am stuck with this error.

This is what is my requirement is and what I have done:

I publish the news under /documents/MyNews. This folder has been indexed for classification. The moment I Publish my news according the the category, the news is classified and moved to my /taxonomies/MyTaxFolder. From this taxonomy folder I check for more than 5 news items, if so I move the oldest news to another folder in "/documents/ArchiveFolder" . I can see the news are moved, but when I click on the news, it displays the XML code.

Can you please suggest how to solve this error.

Your reply will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
