JMS CC unable to pick msgs from JMS Queue

Hi All,

We have interface with TIBCO EMS server where XI JMS adoptor need to pick messages from JMS Queue. But JMS Communication channal unable to pick messages and in CC Monitoring i can see error message as " Duplicate JMS message with JMS message ID ID:EMS-COMET-Q1-B.50EF47F1A3AB7A009:8 detected. Duplicate will be ignored". I reviewed all JMS connection parameters are corect and i tried by restarting JMS service in XI , also inactivate and actiating Commnication channal. But still issue not resolved.

Until last day interface working fine. All of sudden today we are facing this issue. Please help me to reolve this.

Hi Vishal,

Problem in your JMS Queue. Please clear the Queue and send the message again.

Also check whether getMessages option is enabled or not in your Queue. Please check this in your Queue Properties.

Hi,

problem might reside on TIBJMS side not in XI.

you just clear all the queue of TIB JMS side bu restarting there inbound channel.

Restart all the Inbound Queues of TIB JMS side(Note not in Xi ask the Tib JMS to restart the queues)

TIB JMS side.

just confirm it.

if problem still there then you need to restart the JAVA engine.
