Dear All,

Occupational Health Management/ Industrial Hygn Safety:

In Above component am facing different issue in my system. I have created some few incident/Accident logs and injury/ illness logs in last few days.

For example today i have created log xxxxx10 to xxxxx12. While doing CBIH72 /CBIH82 in hit list showing only current date list upto xxxxx10 to xxxx12. Remaining 1 to 10 logs missing.

I have removed dates in search screen and cleared all fields.But still showing only few list( Created today)

What happen to my old old logs?

Am very much surprised and confused.

Hi Guna,

1. How you assigned number ranges for CBIH72 , whether internal or external?

2. You have to remove the buffering of number in SNRO.

3. You will not get the Log numbers in sequence...every time it jumps alternative or randomly....!

4. SAP itself replied that number range jumping cannot be eliminated.

Dear Krishna Mohan.

I have checked in SNRO, it was internal number range, also buffer has been removed.

Skipping of number number range is not a problem. Am not getting previously created Logs.Only am getting few logs which created before a week and new ones. Old logs missing.
