Scaling in Condition type

When defining a condition type , in scaling we have check value column where we checking rule is given e.g. ascending, descending or none

when creating condition it gives an INFORMATION if rule is not maintained, if i want an ERROR message so that the user cannot enter the data, what needs to be done..???

If you have configured ascending scales and while giving scales it gives message only if the user tries to create descending and vice versa.

Yes, it gives message....but cannot an error be made, so that the user does not provide wrong entry.
