PO Response Workflow

Hi,

I am using WS14500019 workflow for PO response workflow if there is any difference in PO POR.

My problem is whenever POR is creating this workflow is triggering and it send an approval work item to the buyer, then workflow is going to the error status.

I have checked in the workflow log, it is showing that, WS14500003 is not in Active status.

This workflow is sub workflow in the Ws14500019. It is not in Active status also I found that there is no step beside in the sub workflow.

I am confused that why SAP has not activated this workflow, why there is no step type declared.

Please give me Suggestions, how can I resolve this issue. Please let me know if you need more information.

run the report RSWD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 with the proper inputs.

Hi IA,

I got your point, but it will create a version to the sub workflow. there is no step type defined in this sub workflow.

Ws14500019 is having, at the starting it is going to parallel processing i.e Ws14500003 and Approver workitem.

If i activate the ws14500003 workflow, at run time approval work item will be vanshied from user inbox.because Fork having 1 0f 2.

Hope , u understand the situation. Pleas give me some suggestion.

Do i need to add any dummy step to the sub workflow for waiting status, the approval workitem will not be vanshied from user inbox.

Is this is correct way? Please let me know if you have any ideas.

It's a bug from SAP, if you are so comcerned, then replicate both these WF's.
