Hi guru's

i have a dought in delivery,

i created a sales order,in that sales order i have taken 2 materials.

now i want to do deliver one material first, later next material

is it possible,

pless clarify

Hello,

If you customer mater setting is in full delivery it is not possible. If partial delivery is activated in the customer master you can do it.

Create the delivery, change the delivery quantity to 1 instead of 2 and pick the one quantity and PGI. You can create another delivery for the remaining one.

You could also do this way:

Suppose you want to deliver only first material and item number for this material is 10.

Go to create outbound delivery VL01N

Enter your shipping point, selection date and order number.

In From item: input 10

To item: input 10

In case, you don't input anything in From & To item fields, system takes all items due for delivery.

Hi ashok

In the sales order , item data ->schedule lines , change the delivery date for that material.

So if the delivery dates are different for the 2 materials delivery will take place twice .

If the customer has requested to deliver the materials complete delivery then you need to group those items into one delivery provided stock should be there and then do delivery vl01n.But if the customer has accepted for the partial delivery then you can deliver the goods as per the material delivery dates

check in cmr for partial del is allowed.

then in vl01n enter the document no. and the FROM and TO line item no. SHOULD CONTAIN line item no. of the material you want to deliver.

the do what ever you need to do for that particular item...

Change the schedule line/delivery date and you will be able to deliver one item.

Or in the delivery you can delete the second line item and do delivery for the first line item
