Very Urgent! Cannot execute RSA1

Please help! This is urgent, as I cannot even run RSA1

Now, today I get the following error :-

This relates to the key fields in table EDP21:

MESFCT Message function

Please check the EDI partner profile.

I basically have two Partner Profile LS defined

1)<b>D01CLNT220</b>

Partner no.= 'D01CLNT220'

partn type = 'LS'

typ = US

agent = (enter 'JOHN' and 'EN')

outbound = RSRQST

inbound = RSINFO and RSSEND

partner class = BIW

2)<b>Q01CLNT510</b>

Partner no.= Q01CLNT510

partn type = 'LS'

typ = US

agent = (enter 'JOHN' and 'EN')

outbound = RSRQST

inbound = RSINFO and RSSEND

partner class = BIW

Receiver Port : A000000044 (Q01 CLIENT 510) / A000000038 (Q01 CLIENT 220)

Hi John,

as I read from your message, you don't have only two partners defined (D01CLNT220 and Q01CLNT510, and I think these are R/3 source systems), but your BW too (BWDCLNT210)...you can see all (even your pc file source system too) in WE20 transaction...check if your BW have duplicated inbound parameters (RSSEND).

Look directly in EDP21 table via SE16...

You did me the trick man...

As you indicated, what was missing was a LS for BWDCLNT210 in WE20. The entries was already defined in Table EDP21

I added BWDCLNT210 (WE20)and Phew!...comes RSA1 !

One quickie mate, is the settings that I make in the RSRQST, RSINFO and RSSEND applicable to all the Planning Profiles or is it individually defined ?

Hi Roberto,

I am having same problem..

basically i am used SAP ECC 5.0 IDES .

I have 800 client.

I activated the source system by clicking active on right click option.

when i am trying to load data from r/3 to bw i got the error saying that "transfer structure prefix for source system was not defined".

So i came to know that in RSBASIDOC table, the fied TSPREFIX was not defined for the source system.

so i modified the TSPREFIX column value from null to BA.

I saved it and logged off.

when i gave RSA1 , I got the same message saying that " Entry in inbound table already exists"

So i reverted the changes what i did before.

Still i am getting same problem.

I dont know how to proceed further.

Pls. help me....what i have to do.

In WE20 Tcode I can not see my logical name which is BWDCLNT022.

I want to add it under partner type LS in WE20.

But I dont know the correct parametres.

How can I check them.

I dont know the receiver port number , IDOC Basic Type,messega type ,agent.

How can I find the correct parametres for our BW sytem.

How did you find these parametres in your system

Hi,

K Ramesh wrote the solution, I want to write the generic solution because he mention his logical name.

The issue is because there is one or more entries in the table EDP21 to partners wich have been deleted from /BWDCLNT210/LS//RSSEND key in WE20.

1- Got to SE16 and enter table EDP21, take note to the entries.

2- Go to WE20 and check whether Partner profile is missing in LS type regarding to EDP21 content.

If there is any missing, just add Parnter profile with same and save.

Partner profile Name: [Logical System]

TYPE: LS

Give:

Ty: US

User: User Name

Lang: EN

and Save.

3- Again re-click on Partner Profile created.

you will see ,there will be some entries in Inbound & out Bound Tabs.

Delete the following from outbound:

1.RSRQST

Delete the following from inbound.

1.RSINFO

2.RSSEND

and save your partner profile.

3. now execute - RSA1, it will ask to active Workbench.

HERE THE RELAVENT ANSWER:

I found solution for this error.

1. Go to WE20 and check whether Partner profile T90CLNT090 exist in LS type,if not just add Parnter profile with same and save.

Partner profile Name: T90CLNT090

TYPE: LS

Give:

Ty: US

User: User Name

Lang: EN

and Save.

2. Again re-click on Partner Profile: T90CLNT090

you will see ,there will be some entries in Inbound & out Bound Tabs.

Delete the following from outbound:

1.RSRQST

Delete the following from inbound.

1.RSINFO

2.RSSEND

and save your partner profile.

3. now execute - RSA1, it will ask to active Workbench. Just activate it . it will work now.... Cheers.

Hi everyone,

I have the same issue, cannot execute RSA1 and already modify WE20 with the missing entry (BWDCLNT700, LS) but in table RSBASIDOC I dont see this entry.

When I execute RSA1 display the same error and delete from WE20 the new entry.

Please help me to solve this!!!
