Hi,
My client has a requirement. We have a Sales workbook. When a user opens the workbook, he will add a comment to the right side of the table & save the workbook. Similarly, the other users will also be entering their comments in the same workbook. So, when a user opens the workbook he should be able to see all the comments entered by all the other users.
They want this to be done through Knowledge management. They would like to see if "BIs Knowledge Management feature(s) can be utilized to help gather and better manage these explanations". I dont have an idea on KM. I asked a colleague over here but he said he knows only the Enterprise portal KM. Is the KM different for each Technology, like BI has seperate KM & EP has seperate KM?
Please help me on this requirement. Valuable inputs will surely be appreciated. Thanks for all your time.
