Hi,

We are using SCM 4.1 and LC 7.5.0 and doing live cache extraction to BW infocubes.

When doing the same we get the below com routine error in trx RSMO.

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM102

Diagnosis

Return code 40,020

Error code

Hello,

The return code means there is no time series in liveCache for your selection or planning area.

You may want to re-initialize the planning area.

If the planning area has already been initialized for this version:

In planning area maintenance run a consistency check for the time series (Change/Display Planning Area and choose Extras -> Consistency Checks -> Time Series) setting the Repair option.
