ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND error ....

Hi Everyone,

when I am trying to punch out from catalog , I am getting the ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND dump .

I checked on the service parameters and all seem to be in place .

I even set the ~generatedynpro to 0 and ~theme to 99

But still the error persists and I even published all the service..

Am I missing something here , please help me out...

Hi,

If the links for catalogue are working fine,the problem for this particular catalog link may be from the Vendor side..i.e. they may need to set a parameter for the TIME OUT which is happening due to which this error TEMPLATE NOT FOUND is encountered in SRM.

Hi,

Have you defined the external web services in the Masterdata "Define external webservices" for your catalog and also is it exist in the Organizational attributes.

The punch out you mean external catalog right. Do you have the proper link, valid user and password from the vendor which allows you to enter into their website.

Hi Sridhar,

Yes Punch out means the external catalog, we have checked on the master data but ther are in place .

we have a list of other catalogs which are working fine the only problem is with this one.
